Background

  1. Title (75 characters max): What is the specific goal of your request?

  2. Background (1,500 characters max): What problem are you trying to solve, why is innovation needed, and what do you ultimately hope to achieve?

  3. What you're looking for (1,000 characters max): What type of solution, innovation or approach are you seeking? Start with "We are looking for..."

  4. Solutions of interest (100 characters max each): What specific technologies or approaches are you interested in? List one per line.

Requirements
