This course provides a detailed walkthrough of Halo's Proposal Review System, from setting up your review team to screening, assessing, and making final decisions on incoming proposals. Participants will learn how to manage the full evaluation process and keep innovator relationships organized for future opportunities.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Navigate the Partnering Requests dashboard and understand the information displayed for each active request

• Set up a review team by adding members, assigning roles, and understanding the difference between leads and commenters

• Screen incoming proposals using the evaluation and scoring system, and interpret team ratings and AI-summarized comments

• Advance or decline proposals with appropriate messaging, and understand what each action communicates to the innovator

• Assess shortlisted proposals using weighted scoring criteria to rank and compare finalists

• Manage declined and advanced proposals across pipeline stages and make informed final decisions

• Use the Proposal Library and private network to track innovators and maintain relationships beyond a single request
