What funding is Clorox offering?

Up to three finalists will be selected and receive a prize as well as potential follow-on funding for additional research.

The $10,000 prize is for the proposal idea itself. The prize is unrestricted (it is not intended as funding for sponsored research).

In addition to the prize, awardees may have the opportunity to collaborate with Clorox’s R&D team over the course of 6-12 months. Additional funding will vary based on the type of partnership. Clorox is open to collaborations and/or partnerships that span the entire gamut of possibilities: sponsored research, licensing, co-development/joint-development, supply agreements, equity investments, to outright acquisitions.
