If a skin layer is a film or part of a mulit-layer film, what width is required? When considering a coating, is there a preferred curing method?

PepsiCo can test new innovations on smaller lines and pilot lines so width is not an issue at this time. Preferred coatings are water-based, but we will consider solvent-based.
