How does Halo prevent researchers from sharing confidential information?

To submit a proposal, researchers must check a box verifying that it does not include  confidential information. When the researcher starts a proposal, every university admin with an account at your institution will receive a notification. If you have any concerns, we encourage reaching out to the faculty member.  When the researcher submits a proposal, every university admin will receive a second notification with the full contents of the proposal.

Lastly, every correspondence within Halo is tracked and includes a warning not to share confidential information.
