I signed up as a Scientist instead of a University Partner. How do I change my account type?

To change your account type please follow these steps:

  1. Open a ticket here stating that you would like to change your account type.  
    • Halo will purge your original account and verify the change has propagated. This purge should take no more than 1 day after receipt of your request.
  2. Once your record is purged from our system, you will receive a reply from Halo with the green light to proceed and instructions.
  3. Sign up as a University Partner, which will allow you to add multiple research areas and invite faculty to specific opportunities!
