FAQ
Does PepsiCo have preferred plant protein(s) in mind?
The intent of establishing this vertically integrated partnership is to be able to characterize and model performance on any plant protein PepsiCo may seek to understand.
PepsiCo is not targeting characterization of a single ingredient or product. This research opportunity is instead about setting up a capability.
For the awarded team(s), PepsiCo would plan to select one or several ingredients for the proof of concept.
