Yes. University administrators are an important part of the Halo community and help direct RFPs to the most relevant faculty at their institutions. To join as a university administrator, visit halo.science and select "Get Started". Once you verify your email address, select that you are part of a "Research Institution" and on the next step are joining as an "Administrator."
You'll have the option to identify as one of the following:
- Tech Transfer
- Corporate Relations
- Research Development
As a university administrator on Halo, you can share RFPs with faculty and startups, but cannot submit a proposal. Instead, you'll see a "Share" button on the RFP page. If you create a university account, you will also have access to a Dashboard where you can view all of the faculty from your institution that have joined Halo, as well as the status of any proposals those faculty members have submitted.
We will continue to make improvements to the dashboard to make it easier for administrators to connect faculty with funding opportunities.
