How long do you keep data and what happens if we leave?

We retain personal data only as long as needed to:

• Provide the Halo service.

• Fulfill contractual and legal obligations.

• Resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

When an account or customer relationship ends, we delete or anonymize personal data in line with our retention practices and applicable laws, subject to any legal retention requirements.
