How are employees vetted and trained?

We take HR security seriously:

• Background checks are conducted on prospective employees, and confidentiality agreements are signed.

• Employees receive security awareness training focused on current cyber threats and secure practices.

• On termination, access to systems is immediately revoked and all company assets must be returned.
